We’re open 6 days a week in our Repair Centre, and have our team of On-Site Technicians available throughout the week, including evenings – all aimed at making our services as accessible as possible when you need us most.
No appointment is necessary when visiting our Repair Centre – just pop in and we’ll get your Tech booked in using our state-of-the-art repair tracking system, allowing you to track the progress of the repair. Most repairs are typically done within 24 hours; we don’t believe in having lengthy queues or charging customers extra to “queue jump”.
If you’re interested in having one of our Technicians come to you, give us a ring and we’ll get an appointment booked in; usually same day, or if not, then next day – having a number of On-Site Technicians available enables us to keep wait times to a minimum.

Ok, so we might not be able to be available 24/7 but if we’re closed and you need us, we operate a voicemail service which allows you to leave a message, or else feel free to drop us an email and if it’s of an urgent nature, a member of our Team might manage to get back to you outside of working hours.
If you leave a voicemail message, these are typically responded to first thing on the next working day.
